Seriously. It's usually practically useless, or I have to think up a creative combination of keywords that will find me what I'm looking for.

As an alternative, searching google for the terms plus adding sluniverse brings up search results for the forum generally as well, since it is googled to high hell.

You can force a search on Google to occur only on a specific web site/domain by using the site: prefix with the url:

site:sluniverse.com "second inventory"

Which leads to the following search:

http://www.google.com/search?q=site:sluniverse.com+"second+inventory"

It is so sad that when I want searches on Microsoft specific programming issues I use Google because Microsoft's MDSN search engine is so horrible.
