Feta, fresh ripe tomatoes, and fresh Basil leaves with a Balsamic vinegar and olive oil drizzle. Soooo good.

My head got filled from math, so I took a nap. I dreamed I made a "strombetta" which I don't think actually exists. It was like a stromboli, but with more salami and with pepperoni, and smaller in size.

Also it was shaped like a small loaf but cut into bite size pieces. I may trademark it.

I LOVE a really good Gyro!! There used to be a restaurant in the town where I went to the university that had wonderful gyros. I used to have one at least once a week. *drools* I haven't had one that good since I left there.
