That's the best question yet! I go to Vancouver every once in a while for a quick getaway, because I live just south of there in Washington. I would love to find this stuff and stock up while I'm there next. Kyllie also posted a picture of a really cool hot dog stand that I want to go to when I'm up there next.

In fact, I'm considering hiring Kyllie to be my tour guide the next time I get up there.

It's called Visiting mom in Japan!

Actualy there is a large asian chain in vancouver called T&T markets who carry lots of asian products. mostly chinese but they do have a lot of japanese stuff as well.

They usualy have at least a dozen flavours of Pocky in stock !!

I live between http://www.viethoa.com/ and http://www.chinatownconnection.com/golden-foods.htm and they don't have any kind of selection of Japanese foods.

Just remembered another one! (no web site)

Osaka Supermarket on 3700 No.3 Road in Richmond (just south of vancouver).
They have by far the best Japanese Bakery in the vancouver area.

Late to reply, but just wanted to add that I really like Pocari Sweat! it's got a nice kind of light flavor (not of sweat

) and I really dislike azuki beans, I can't imagine liking a soda that tastes of them. And add that, even if I live in the backwards part of the US, I am very happy that we have a couple of Asian markets here! One really nice one and one not-so-nice one but they both have soda and Pocky, lol.
