Beans and hot dogs.

They totally bring out one another's flavor. I might also have a little mustard and pickles on the plate.

That's traditional baked beans - the molasses kind.

When I am traveling I put on mustard, mayo and relish and/or onions. The result is awesome.

I also like Chicago dogs and once in a while, chili dogs with mustard.

Mustard, ketchup and sweet relish.

I want to start poking uncooked spaghetti in them and boiling them to make for squid dogs for the kids. The oldest boy will eat bean sprout salad, and squid salad...but won't touch a hot dog with a ten foot pole.

When I serve them at home I either do dark mustard, sweet relish and celery salt (once in a while sauerkraut too if I have some) or I do chili with a little diced onion.

That reminds me of hot dog mignon...wrap a hot dog in a slice of bacon, roll it in brown sugar, broil it until the bacon is done, dip it in sweet/hot mustard and nom nom nom.

Seriously, you should try them. I bet you like them.

I'll have to try those. Their sausage links are really good.

There was a time when I'd put a little Miracle Whip™ on the bun, then lay a slice of processed American cheese in there, then the hot dog, and then I'd microwave it for 30 seconds or so. But I've grown up now.

Fat free Miracle Whip tastes pretty good ya know. Better than fat free mayonaise I think - so indulge, be a kid again and whip that weenie.

Oh, I still use Miracle Whip, just not necessarily on a hot dog. (Actually, I'm not supposed to have hot dogs, or any other "processed meats." :sigh:

I just had 2 boiled Sabretts with just some Gulden's spicy brown, a potato kinish, and some half sour pickles. And a Dr Brown's Black Cherry Soda.
