Ketchup and spicy brown mustard. I know, I know I'm a heathen. Don't care!

Not only are these good for you (low fat, high protein) but they taste great!

Seriously, you should try them. I bet you like them.

I usually put small doll outfits on my hotdogs and then act out complex scenes from classic Shakespearean theatre. Beyond that, maybe some mustard and a bun.

Not only do I not top my hotdogs, I don't eat them in a bun, either.

I don't know if I've had these hot dogs (I'm pretty sure I haven't -- I like garden burgers, though) -- but I have had tofu dogs, which. were. inedible. I had to spit them out.

I agree, the ones by garden burger are vile. However, these are pretty damn good. Seriously, if you served these to people and didn't tell them that they were meatless, they wouldn't know. Sure, they would think they tasted a bit different, but they wouldn't know that they were meatless.

Try them, you won't be disappointed I promise.

No, I mean I like garden burgers in general. I just don't know if I've had a vegetarian "hot dog" that I liked (I honestly can't remember).

Those are really good, but I have only tried them in baked beans...I usually get the Hebrew National Fat-Free kind.

Turkey or very low fat beef - Hebrew National lite maybe - with some sort of mustard other than yellow, and sweet relish.

I love the other dogs, but my gall bladder doesn't. It used to be Ball Park or Koegel's.

I like my re-formed pig scrotum and cheek meat in a soft bun with soggy onions, ketchup, mustard, dipped in fried egg yolk. The more mess you make, the better they taste too.

Yay! It was effort but I managed to find hot dogs in Australia.

I had to settle for the chicken ones as I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE, and the grocery store also didn't have pickle relish, but I succeeded.

Normally I go with ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickle relish and grated cheese on top.

I blame this thread, I've had a craving for them for like eight hours now.

All of you suck.

Dumping sticky condiments all over, when the poor thing just wants some water, a bit of shade, and a good pant.

You'll have to pry my processed meat hot dogs from my cold dead hand.

I like them with ketchup, mustard, dill relish and the dog wrapped in a slice of American Cheese.

I like hot dogs with smoked flavor and they are getting more and more difficult to find lately so I settle for bratwurst.

Mostly I like mayo, mustard and relish with maybe a light sprinkling of raw onion. If I'm in the mood - I love either sauerkraut or chili too (but without the mustard, mayo or relish).

Every now and again I make "pigs in a blanket", where I wrap the hot dogs in biscuits and bake them - this is one of my brothers favorites.

For me, it has to be beef. No pork, chicken, turkey, tofu, raccoon or catcher's mitt. Just beef. I can tell a synthdog from a beef frank. All you have to do is cook it. And I keep my toppings simple: Brown mustard, ketchup and pickle relish.

I like using breakfast type sausages in a bun.
As for the condiments, I pretty much like them all,
except ketchup or sweet relish.

On the rare occasion I have a hot dog (I usually can just barely digest them, if I eat two I usually end up throwing them up later--I don't know what's in them that my body rejects, they're pretty much the only food item I literally can barely digest--I'll have to try those MorningStar ones--maybe I'll have better luck), I have them with cheese (or cheese sauce) and bacon bits, or I'll have a hint of BBQ sauce on them, or I'll just eat them plain in a bun.

i dunno if this qualifies as a hotdog..
choriso
mini french loaf
leftover chili
grated cheese

thats my favorite.. but i will probably eat any reasonable facsimile of a hotdog

probably the closest i have been to an american hotdog is the ones they sell at the Costco take out area... i like those too but the wienies are kinda big...
i like the pickle topping too but not so much the onion as it falls off the hotdog all over while i am driving home (and eating)
