Does anyone know where I can find a black pencil skirt like the one below? I have looked in many stores, but I can't find anything close. Thanks!

Try Pixel Dolls. Neph used to have a bunch of skirts you could buy as separates. And they're reasonably priced as well as exquisite.

You could also try Ivalde. I have a black dress from there and the skirt layer is very much like what you're looking for.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have searched so many places and usually just find a variation of the triangle-shaped pleated skirt that I have trouble making fit correctly or a flowing prim-y skirt (I have no idea what the actual words are - please insert them mentally as you read this). Fox, I didn't expect you as a source

Actually I've been looking for a well-textured black system skirt for a while now. The ones I already have are... meh. Bonus points if it has a belt on the texture and a matching set of glitchpants. It's just one of those items that goes with just about anything.

Ingenue!! I just saw the shop at lunchtime too and didn't look in grr!
Well, I looked at Icing at Mischief Cove and they had like one pencil skirt with a kind of ruffled texture. Little Rebel on the other hand, had about 5 or 6 dotted around the place .. I find I just keep going back there!
There was a place Morgaine found on Showcase last night which I think had a business suit with one too. Starts with an M but Showcase doesn't link for me and I forgot the name.
