I'm looking specifically for a ribbon choker w/ a delicate cameo pendant in multiple colors.

Caroline's Jewelry has lots of cameos on ribbon. I saw these this weekend.

I haven't come across ribbons and cameos together yet (but I'm looking), but you may want to look around these stores: Curious Kitties (which I'd try first) and Second Mirage.

might try Violet Voltaire too. she has cameos on ribbons for the hair, and cameos on necklaces.
