Doctor/scientist white coat?

Hey, I'm applying to be a psychiatrist at a RP sim and I'm looking for a good doctor/scientist large flexi coat.

Something like this:

I've just went to check there... yeah, those look nice, and they have even a bloody option hehe. I'll have this as a good option, but I still want to check if I find another even larger, one that goes maybe a little down the knees (I know it probably sounds a little specific, but I want to try and see if I find one ._.).

Thanks a lot Izzy

But if someone knows about a costume store that might have one, please tell so I can check it out too

If you find one....please let me know. I have this certain fantasy about a man in a lab coat.

BareRose has a pretty cool Doc outfit, full length jacket, pants and a shirt. I think it came with an assortment of jackets with different designs and a plain one..

Great outfit, and their prices are really good too.

This, or a different one?

Bare@Rose Search Database

This one looks like it'd be easy to pull the skirt up, improving the drape a little. Modding Bare Rose stuff isn't for the faint of heart, but it's often cheaper to buy a second copy than to find a comparable mod/copy version elsewhere.

I always wear my MadScience Lab Coat when playing Doctor. It is the best one I have found so I second or was it third the MadScience coat as the best!

MIA has a lot of costumes for men, so it's worth a visit to see if they have something you like.

Hey, I went to BareRose and I got to say that the store is really cool for the prices they have. I was at the border of suffering an epylepthic attack because of all the things. And I got the Doctor outfit there and guess what? derevaun up there had the mouth full of wise words because if you try to modify something there you're going to spend a good time trying to solve it, oh yeah...

Well, anyway, it will work for a while, it's kinda probable that I will end getting the MadScience one too, it has been making pretty eyes to me... so ok.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

Oh, by the way... during my exciting quest I arrived to a hospital place where RL medical students go and learn about different things and this girl scolded me for RP a psychiatrist ._.

She told me that many people out there have real problems and stuff and that they could take that as a way to leave their repressions or something and that what I was doing was illegal...

I mean... I could understand her point, but I don't think that anybody would take seriously the advice of a psychiatrist (who explicitly says that he's just roleplaying) of a ultraviolent, sexual sim... and less considering the kind of treatments I'll suggest?

I just say because she made me feel funny down there

I think the only appropriate response to her reaction is ..

I know some things should be taken seriously. However, if your group, sim, or whatever is specifically designed to RP that situation, its to be at least basically understood by both its players and outside parties that role play is exactly what it is. In my honest opinion, your RP shouldn't be viewed any differently than an actor playing the same role in a performance.

That's what I told her... that it's just like if we were writing a novel.

I mean, she is a medicine student in RL and in SL... if she enjoys it it's great... but I studied Communications, what would be interesting about that in a RP!?

/me surprises the girl coming out from the shadows of the dark alley. Just before she's able to scream for help, he grabs her and puts his hand on her mouth, letting just quiet desperate mumbles come out of it. He then gaze at her eyes and whispers coldly to her ear a lot of things about globalization, mass media and advertising strategies. She shivers in panic of thinking what will happen next.

Yeah, hot. I know.
