WTB Modern House

I am in the market for a smaller modern home that is very nice. Just simpler, very nice looking, and is not hard to navigate.

I am a big fan of inVerse. I have bought like 5 or 6 of their homes.

I second Inverse, the bonus is they're cheap and also fully furnished.

Also Barnesworth Anubis - my current house is from him and I love it.

I have quite a few Barnesworth Anubis home.

If you go to Collabor88 he usually has a home there for a reasonable price.
The walls and floors can be changed as well.

Sea.

Don't forget to have a look at Trompe Loeil, many different styles of small homes and very reasonably priced. You might see something you like there, if not, it's certainly fun looking.

I love the homes at Convair, they are more pricey but really nice looking. I picked up one of theirs that fit on a 512 but I think most of them are bigger unfortunately. DaD Designs has a few nice modern smaller homes, but again, a bit more expensive than the other suggestions. Hideki might be worth a look. I really like Soy's houses too. I don't think Maven Homes has anything small which is a shame because they do some of the nicest modern homes.

If you are bargain hunting it's always good to check out Maya's Architecture, super cheap houses.

If you like a retro style (mid century modern) check out Sandi Glas, << FIN >> and I got a really nice retro house on the market place from Cunning Plans called Half Moon Pad.

I'm afraid I don't have a store in-world anymore, but you can browse my Marketplace page. Let me know if you see something you like.

Trompe Loeil and Barnsorth Anubis are great homes. I'm currently using Trompe's Noelle cottage as my home. It is small but has super high ceilings. How high? High enough that I made a second floor to fit into it complete with stairs so I doubled the living space and have no cam issues.

I think they both are almost always at C88 so definitely worth a look.
