Blender - Baked Sculpty Mesh Always 16x16?

I am confused. I am learning Blender this week. Whenever I select Render | Bake Sculpty Mesh, my mesh is 16x16. It doesn't seem to matter what my Multires setting is at. What am I doing wrong? And if you say, "Using Blender" I am going to hit you with a sculpted prim (albeit a low-res sculpted prim)

random note:

if you use the multires modifier/ability, you have to apply it permanently before changing the uv image size. Which can get annoying at times ;P
Usually I save the project with multires still changable, then apply it, change uV size, bake.

You can step the Multires modifier down to 1, create the new image and step it up again.
