Joystick FlyCam With A Xbox 360 Controller On Windlight

So I was messing around with the new Windlight client, getting the settings where I wanted them (By the way the settings are saved as XML files so we can definately share them). I decided I wanted to finally try that Joystick FlyCam so I busted out my Logitech wireless joystick, but it didn't work very well (Not enough analog inputs).

Now the Second Life wiki referenxes a Space Navigator device that allows six axis control but I didn't want to buy that just to try this out in SL. So I broke out my Xbox 360 controller and started messing with the settings and found a setup that got me 5 axis control (Everything but roll). So this is great, now I can use the FlyCam without having to buy something new, these 360 controlers are cheaper and have more use for me anyway.

So seeing as now others were asking how to do this and there was no tutorial on the wiki, I posted one up. I also made a little video that's on my Stage6 account in HiDef 720p if you want to see what the FlyCam or Windlight looks like.

Why am I posting this here on SLU as well? Because people don't read the wiki, and I thought this useful/fun enough to point it out.

The new Release Cadidate now not only has joystick support in the prefrences, but support for the 3D SpaceNavigator as well. There is now even a video tutorial by Torley Linden for the SpaceNavigator.
