Smile Why do my skirts turn into shorts?

Hi, Im new here and I have a question. I have used several different skirt templates and with the exception of one time my mini skirts turn into shorts. First they turned into shorts with a cut from the bottom of the back left leg to the waist. Now they seem to just turn into shorts. Also when I make underwear it is missing a quarter of it. I dont understand because it is perfectly even when I create it on the templates. I dont have a problem making tops or bras. Im using Photoshop CS3 Extended. I sure hope you can help me cuz I cant seem to get any answers from the other forum. Thank you.

PS I have attached photos of what Im posting about.

Is this a screenshot of your Photoshop window?
If yes, it looks like you're using a 3D female avatar who isn't wearing a skirt. The skirt is also a 3D object; that's the one you should import into Photoshop and use for testing your templates.

No, this is a screenshot from SL when you upload your object so you can look at it first. I dont know how to download something from SL to my computer but I would like to so I dont spend my money uploading to see what it (my garments) really looks like. Can you import Poser 3D avatars and other items into SL? This was created using the CMFF-Templates but I have also used SL-Avatar as well with the same results.

You've probably already tried this, but are you sure you've got skirt selected from the upload preview window?

Also, if you haven't already tried it, you might want to just spend the L$10 once, fully upload, and see what happens when you apply the texture to an inworld skirt. The preview window kind of sucks sometimes, and may just not be working properly.
