Port Seraphine will be shutting down as of Jan 1. This includes the PixelDolls main store, as well as the gallactic, romance, and chroma shops. All items have been set to L50 and will remain so until Jan 1st.
I've got a few things planned to commemorate this farewell, including a photo contest and a final LE item- the last PixelDolls will ever produce!- as well as a special something for all of you in the update group. Stay tuned, more info on that coming on Dec 1.

This is sad, but I'm sure you have good reason. A really good reason would be a new label and a new store. but I'm being selfish. I hope the future brings you all you need and desire. And some nice pie too. xxxxx

Thanks pixie <3 Truth is, im just bored. I do plan to do other things in sl, but they will be smaller projects driven by a specific creative vision rather than a set of marketable products. I don't really have the time or the patience to maintain a set of stores this extensive anymore, and if its not fun its not worth it.

No-one can argue with that - well, a few people probably could but to hell with them. You have your babies too, ( oh lucky woman, I envy you now mine are grown and almost gone ) and they must keep you pretty busy. I know you will find a new way to make it fun.

Nephilaine, I remember coming across PixelDolls/PixelChaps early in my SL days in..Chartruese, I think? Katia and I love the store. Katia still wears a lot of the circa 04-05 clothing. Thank you for the enduring nice things you've brought to SL. I'm glad you're not leaving SL entirely, and quite sure that whatever you bring in and do with your time will be wonderful. Enjoy your SL!

Thanks so much for all the kindness <3 It has been a lot of fun, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have had so much enthusiasm and support for PixelDolls over the years.
It's been my baby, but all babies have to move on from the nest.

In any case, I'm excited about the clean slate. I hope what I have planned doesn't disappoint!

PixelDolls was one of the first stores I found when I joined SL and has remained a favorite. It's the only store that I own so much of, I don't know what I have. More than once, I've bought an item twice because I didn't realize I already had it. Thank you, Nephilaine, and best of luck on your anal fisting boutique.

When I think back to my first months in SL, I realize that most of the old places have closed down and disappeared from the grid. Yadni's. Lestat's club. Countless other spots.

And now, PixelDolls - where I bought some of my first really great outfits. I suppose everything must change and we've been very lucky to have Port Seraphine around as long as we have, but it still makes me sad

i think one of the very first shops that I came across in SL (besides bare rose) was the old old pixeldolls shop in nakama... must've been 2006 or so

Neph, you got me started with a store through your wholesale program and that's something I will always be thankful for. You have the best and friendliest personality ever and the great clothes were always just a added bonus while I was able to be involved with the program.

And the clothes? Well, they were one of my first experiences with 'real' clothes in SL, you rocked my clothing world many times over!

wow I have no words. Pixel Dolls has been my go to place for so long. Always your stuff looked good. Always your stuff fit. Always your stuff was priced fairly. I know all good things come to an end and I do wish you well... but dayam even though I don't log in much anymore I am so going to miss Pixel Dolls.
