I hate casino games so I have never signed any such petition, but then again, you knew that already.

LL has never approved any gaming devices that I've seen ever. Karsten Rutledge couldn't even get the Linden involved in the policy decision to come approve his non-gambling chance game because they wouldn't issue approvals or denials on anything. Your advertising shtick is a lie and maintains an appearance that you were given approval for something when you have not. If this is otherwise please show where you received specific approval because I sure as hell have never heard of it before.

I suggest anyone who doesn't want this stuff go to his sim and AR it so LL can decide what to do.

I ARed him again, with a detailed analysis of the mechanics of his operation.

His argument of legality seems to be based on the tenuous idea that tokens "given for free" along with purchases are somehow not counted as purchasing the tokens.
