My Mood: | Fair price for waterfront these days? I'm going to be selling several waterfront parcels soon, sandy beach in quiet Class 5 sim, no adfarms or eyesores (no, this is not an advertisement). Any ideas about a fair price to ask per metre for this type of land? I don't want to dump it, but I'd like it to sell within a reasonable period of time. Thanks ![]() (Oh yeah, it's mainland) Last edited by Stephanie Misfit; 07-31-2008 at 05:44 PM. Reason: added info |

My Mood: | Depends on location.. the older continents command higher prices.

Can I play with your land?
| Yea would have a lot to with the sim, the area, ad farms, surroundings ect. Currently I sell waterfront at 4.6l a meter to 5.3L a meter. Given the right sim it could go for more but that's my current WF pricing for whatever that's worth. Most move's in a few days but I have some priced on the lower end that I just can't shake. |
