Since turning 40 this year, i have been feeling nostalgic. Yearning for the carefree days of my youth.

I was talking with Mocksoup early this morning and afterward, I decided to finish the sculpt work. The rest of the detailing will have to be done in prims ( the under base ) and that i can do in world. I do have some minor adjustments to do on the model, primarily smoothing as you can see.

I am making a pair in white for women and a pair in black for men. You will be able to texture change your stopper, laces and rubber wheels with a hud :) And yes, you will be able to roller skate :)

Its rare that I post sneak peaks and details, but I just love these! I am looking to have this completed and ready for release this Friday.

A few weeks ago she posted in the style thread and when I started to make the shoes, I thought of her. Feminine and sexy.

I wanted to make a soft and feminine high heel, yes high heel, without the use of platforms. Making the shoe itself was not challenging, the challenge is the avatar foot shape combined with our stupid ass ankles.:bawl: Topped off with avatar floating.

I worked for several days on the base sculpt to get it just how I wanted to. I am delighted how my bows turned out to :D and the overall proportion molded around the foot.

With each pair I have included a pair without the bow. This was not a matter of taking off the bow, I re-baked a new texture as the base texture with the bow is different.

12 Colors ( at the moment) to choose from and both tones have fat packs available.

After spending last Saturday night talking with her, at Tess' club opening, she inspired me to finish these shoes that I started back in October. Trust me, I have a ton of stuff I need to finish from back then. WoW took over and I needed a break from SL.

The Affinity Shoe is part fetish. I like a platform fetish shoe, plain with no adornments and jewelry. I know some do like shoes jazzed up. I decided instead of releasing these individually, each set comes with the studs and without. As a bonus you also get a White Set. Not enough white shoes out there.

The shoes are copy only. Mainly because the Diamond Stud version is 222 prims per shoe. I created "claws" for the diamonds to sit in. So if you are at an event, be prim friendly and wear the plain :)
