At the tail end of August, an anonymous account joined SLU to post a bombshell of sorts in accusing the Justice League Unlimited of tracking and correlating IP addresses within Second Life in clear violation of the terms of service for the purpose of connecting different accounts to one another. A la the RedZone fiasco earlier in the year, the original thread about the JLU spawned a discussion ranging for over ten thousand posts and a second thread that is presently nearly five thousand posts...

Zero Tolerance for Curiosity

Parents of a five year old boy obtained a rifle for their child. The product's name is "My first rifle," and the company that markets it has a part of their website called "Kids Corner." From the news descriptions this particular rifle is a single shot rifle with a child safety.

Go Go Gourmet

For some reason, I have always enjoyed the whole genre of games that involve food preparation and serving. At their heart, they are really just matching games anyway. A type of game I generally don't enjoy, however, is known as Hidden Object games. They generally have a scene with a bunch of stuff in it that you have to find.

I was a little skeptical when I first heard about Go Go...

World of Goo

In the midst of all the multimillion dollar high profile video game releases right now, it is nice to find an unexpected masterpiece from a small, independent game producer. That game, World of Goo, is an incredible addictive puzzle game with an oddball sense of humor and compelling gameplay.

The basic concept is you use balls of goo to build a path to a faucet to suck them up into. The balls stick together and you can arrange them in a variety of ways. Physics also come into play...
