My family loves me more now. Their arteries are probably clogging as I type. But they're very happy.

Tonight I had to decide at the last minute what to make for dinner, so I went with tasty instead of healthy.

Breakfast sandwiches for dinner.

Or, more honestly named: Heart attacks on buns

whip up an egg
pour it in a skillet and use your spatula to shape it into a circle as it cooks
While it's in the pan, break up a piece of cooked bacon over the top of it
Sprinkle it with shredded cheese
Serve over a toasted hamburger bun

So so bad for you. But my man was actually making yummy sounds as he scarfed down ... three of them!

I'm glad he enjoyed it because tomorrow night is fish and steamed veggies. :insert evil laugh:

If the fish is fried I'm happy, steamed fish I hardly touch. Steamed veggies is a yummy win.

Of course ArteryCloggingBurger is BIG win.
