Faithless Babii

Ive been using Dolphin for the last week exlcusively..and am really enjoying it. I have a couple of q's though that I just cant figure out...
1) I cant see how to view my classifieds and edit them
2) I cant find how to view and edit group roles etc...mostly what each role can do.
Could anyone help?

People Panel (toolbar button that looks like a pair of people, or, Communicate -> Groups). Choose one, and on hover you'll see an icon to the right that looks like a driver's license. Click it. Next, at the bottom of that screen, click "Roles".

I can't entirely help with the classifieds. I believe it's done through picks (which is also available as a toolbar button if Lance didn't add it to the menus up top) but as I've never put out a classified, I've never seen where they're put.
