I think reading between the lines just feeds the drama and outrage ... it's probably better to take things at face value and realize that over time direction and options change and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Fretting endlessly about things over which we have no control isn't healthy or productive.

Oh i think one particular TPV team has quite a bit of leverage to change things. The responsible people at LL must think twice, trice, as often as necessary before they use drastic force on the users or on the developers, and have a really solid justification way beyond "we don't like it" or "we feel it might be slowing us down".

To me, Official viewer is getting better, if they would just let you dock FUI icons to the top, I'd probably switch over from Exodus and leave the whole TPV scene for a while.

Note on viewer tags: Beta grid does not block them. I don't know if following ToS on the beta grid is necessary for TPV's, but if it is, they violate it.

I refuse to ever eat certain kinds of seafood. I stand by the conviction that just because you can dredge some slimy things ass out the ocean you should then put it in your mouth. I understand that it's totally irrational and that some of the slippery buggers much actually taste quite nice if only I would try them.

There comes a point when you have to accept you're not going to get any sympathy for refusing to even try.

I dunno about forced adoption of mesh, the uptake on Phoe with mesh was pretty slow compared to any previous Phoe release. It came out early December but didn't see much usage till January. Even on FS is was fairly slow.

Uptake looks rather quick here, but that first slop between Dec-Jan is misleading due to no stats for a couple weeks during the Linden holiday.]

I was too lazy to fix the legend on the chat, goggle docs is currently still rather messed up after last month's update.

Unique logins and session counts are kinda useless in this context, most everyone (LL included from what I've heard) uses the total session duration over a week. The scale would be measured in 100's of user-years per week.
