I just downloaded firestorm today and when i logged in everything is pink can someone help me with this issue?

I would try adjusting the colors on your monitor first. If you would like help with that, please let us know what type of monitor you are using and what type of graphics processor you are using.

Don't adjust the colours on your monitor if everything else is the right colour lol

I'm not techy (not by any stretch) and this is more red than pink but you couldn't have some how highlighted transparent stuff could you?

Try pressing Crtl Alt and T - if it makes the colour go normal then great. If everything goes red then just press the keys again and nothing lost.

The Phoenix Firestorm Support group is a good group to join for any issues with the viewer - just join the group and state your problem in the group chat.

Does your avi rez?

If it does have you tried teleporting?

On the new release I have noticed when I go below a certain level in a sim everything but my avi turns pink. I am guessing it is like a warning zone?

It kind of sucks because I like walking on the bottom of rivers and lakes.

This is an issue effecting all of the most recent LL builds that effects some older ATI graphics cards. For solutions and workarounds visit:

The short story is: update your drivers. If you can't update your drivers, adjust a debug setting.
