I just got through eating the leftovers from my last batch of roast and posted the
recipe. That stuff is super delicious. Just falls apart on the fork, and if you double up on the soup/soup mix, you end up with enough gravy for rice/potatoes, etc.
Hardly a 'recipe' really, but got me to thinking about the bachelor style (think super easy, 4 or fewer ingredients) foods I often make. I tend to make these in family or larger style quantities, meaning lots of leftovers, and overall, being very economical.
Decided to put forth the rallying cry for more of these type of recipes. Let's hear your favorites!
