| It all depends. Mustard always. The rest depends on the brand of hot dog, how it is cooked, and what's available. It may be sauerkraut, red onion sauce, or chili, no beans. I'm very fussy when it comes to hot dogs, I prefer those with a natural casing that have some snap when you bite into them. My favorites. are a nicely grilled Nathan's or the classic dirty water Sabrett, like you get off the pushcart. A steamed Hebrew National is also good, or a charcoal grilled "Boardwalk" style Thumann's or Schickhaus.I won't go near turkey or chicken dogs. Blech! |
