She may have all but supplied the rope, but she did NOT kill her. Legally there was no recourse. If there was legal recourse, it would set a terrible precedent for people who say offensive things, and if we start to have to worry about what we say for the fear of being thrown in prison, what does freedom of speech eventually become?
