Today is my 2nd month in
SL, and what an adventure it has been. It's a big place with a lot to see and do, I'm always amazed by how creative so many people are, and equally amazed at how they do it!
Somethings to note; It is a bit of a hard start to figure out how to work the viewer and avatars. I ended up buying official guide and reading it cover to cover so I could learn to muddle through. Still it seems everybody is able to work theirs smoother and with more expression than I can, it's an ability I envy.
Making stuff is cool! But you sure can spend a lot of time sizing and lining things up. Again there is a lot to learn, and unfortunately only so many hours in the day.
I also wanted to say thanks for all the good advice that the folks here take the time to write. I really didn't mean to lurk as long as I have it's just every time I started to write my introduction I would end up reading posts on the forum.
