I went off and bought a new vintage suit from Swank Bros. today. (Not quite as nice as 1-800-Bettie's, but close - and they have the double-breasted 1940's look.) Having blue and grey already, I bought a brown one.
Then I realized I had no appropriate brown shoes, so I had to go to Jeepers Creepers and buy another pair of Carl Perkins in brown. (Can't wear black shoes with a brown suit - no, no,no!) They cost more than the suit!!!
This is all your fault, Carter - you posted that picture in the blue seersucker from Blaze with the Carl Perkins shoes. I not only have that suit, but I have three pairs of the shoes. You are hard on my linden dollar balance!
