I'm not even sure it makes sense even if it does follow the capitalization scheme of their native language. If you're fluent enough to be writing in comprehensible English, shouldn't you understand the language's capitalization rules? I mean, I barely remember any German from high school, but the rules about capitalization have
still stayed in my head.
