To do that I have to make a visit to each sampled region to see if its full or homestead , With 600+ new regions since the announcement (excluding renames) I'd have to visit about 230 of these and another 230 from the 600 newest regions before the annoucement to get a reliable estimate (+/- 5% at the 95% confidence level) and 460 regions is a lot to visit .
