I think they've added new collections too - I got a new common collection from near Crossroads called 'Sunfire lamps' or something. I hadn't noticed this collection before.

Sunfire Lamps aren't new actually, there are just a
ton of Robgoblin Junkpile collections.
Yes, Moonstone comes from the gold mine, and Fire Agate from rich gold nodes. Go out and find some rich silver nodes and you'll level Miner in no time. If you're good at the game you can get 400-500 stars per game.
And what, Briarheart wasn't good enough for them?
