Do you do any positive imaging such as mentally walking through everything you will do, picturing yourself doing it perfectly and calmly? I did gymnastics for years and found that mentally rehearsing a routine as perfect and effortless helped to instill confidence and prepare me for meets. I also tried to not think about it too far in advance so I could converse my energy and be able to step up my mindset for competition immediately before the meet.
