IMO someone should go after Apple as well

But for some reason people choose to sue Apple under national laws instead of European laws ... I seem to recall them once being sued in France for something related to iTunes or the iPod, long time ago. And they were refused in Belgium from selling the iPhone with simlocks active (just like any other cellphone. simlocks = evil).
