| I dont think it is unreasonable to expect customer support for something that cost you more than 10 US dollars. However unless you spent like 50 dollars or more on the item do not expect anyone will change their timezones to assist you or offer you classes.
I think you have the right to be treated as a customer, just like any other customer unfortunately sometimes timezones get the best of us all.
So this one is too hard to call.... |
