OK, I had a feeling it was a meat replacement type thing, that's cool as there are plenty of that kind of thing in Aus and while I would prolly also make the meat version, I have several vego friends who would really like the non-meat version.
As to bread dough - meh, leftover bread dough never goes to waste in our house, I'll just make a standard loaf-size batch and see how it works.
