First, what are Boca Crumbles? Second, the roll dough you're talking about I assume is bread dough?
I'd have to make the dough from scratch, (which is not a problem for me) because we don't have ready-made bread dough in Australia. Cookie dough sure, but not bread - yet! | Boca Crumbles are made by Boca. they are an alternative to ground beef . yeah, i was speaking of frozen bread dough...ummm my mom always used a package of hot yeast roll mix when she made hers (and ground beef) and my grandmother made her own bread but i was never privy to that part of the recipe either. no one has it written down, actually, lol. i have used shortcuts after seeing a recipe for Runzas on the Rhodes Bread Dough site and adapting my mom's family recipe to it. the addition of sugar & vinegar are really the only fundamental differences between the two. in my rambling way, i guess i am saying i have no clue how much bread dough to tell you to make. the two rolls i use make a 2-1/2 or 3 inch ball of dough....
