| A trick that works for me - in the first frame, where you have the T pose, move the avatar hips in the opposite direction that you need to offset it. For example, if it is too high, move the hips upward - it will make the avatar go down in the pose - or if it is too far away, move the hips even futher back, and it will bring the avatar closer.
