| Midian City is pretty good, they have combat, but wearing a combat hud is entirely optional. most people just equip them for "duels".
Everything is 100% concentual no forced anything.
Because of the lack of open combat the verbal RP is usualy very good. I played in Norsim for a while, but found most people there liked to Shoot first then RP with your corpse...
Its sort of a post apocolyptic city with factions like Vampires, Nekos' etc...
