Haha, your post just reminded me I need to notify Concierge and tell them it's okay to take one of my openspaces back. I had put in for a 4-to-1 conversion but a former tenant hadn't removed her things by the time LL took the island. I asked for it to be temporarily re-opened (which is why the 4th isn't listed above) so she could get her things... now I have to be sure they take it back away!
