When you sit on a poseball, you can't sit backwards. It will automatically adjust your avatar position correctly.

No, not really. Places like Neva Naughty are crawling with new residents still in their Linden skins and hair, with commensurate lag. Bukkake Bliss isn't quite as nasty as it sounds, but I'm not sure how much help you'll get in any of these places.
My suggestion: Explore them if you're interested, but before you expect results see if you can find a decent male skin, some prim hair, and something other than the gawdawful wooden freebie newbie cock that's running around. The best place I know of is *drumroll* "
Sarah Nerd's Freebie Paradise" - she has about everything you're after there, and it's either free or very very cheap.
If you want to drop some money on stuff, then I suggest getting 2 or 3 nice skin demos (free or 1L, usually) to try on, pick the one you like the best and then shell out 1000L or so.

For scripted penises, Xcite used to be "the" equipment but now there's so many that are sculpty and scripted it's a buyer's market. I've seen the "Realasm" model in some malls and I've been very impressed with its realism. I can't attest to how well it works though
The best advice I can give you is not to be too pushy or callous when you approach women. Even if they're in a sex place, they're still human beings and might respond better to humor, sincerity and flattery than just "wanna fuck?"
