Errrrm, on the subject of behavior like this in RL, I'd argue as a general rule that if the amount of money involved in the business transactions is greater than 6 or 7 figures, behaving in that manner is probably a good way to lose one's job permanently. Just food for thought. It doesn't matter if you behave that way to the lowest person on the totem pole, people don't want to do business with individuals who act in an unprofessional manner.
