I've googled, and there's definately gang violence in Bloomfield.

I'd assume this mutilation was some sort of gang tag.

Still a horrific thing to do, but I can only assume if it had happened in say, Tarentum CT and they'd carved a T in her face, Eboni wouldn't have posted it
