If anyone thinks that Obama or McCain are "in touch with the little peoples" (nice phrasing, BTW), they are being mislead. Obama is a former law professor, although he did grass roots community service. Michelle Obama works with the University of Chicago and its hospitals. McCain is the son and grandson of two admirals and has been in DC for over 15 years. McCain's wife has $100+ million and they own more than 6 houses - I can't remember the exact number, but neither can John. |
I think she needs to stop telling people to take low paying public service jobs while she has made 6 figures her entire career. I have no issues with anyone enjoying the finer things in life, I just take issue when they do and tell other people to suck it up and take one for the team.
