Going back and reviewing her comments, I agree that she has crossed the line several times. Jacqueline mentioned a lot of them.
I need to read what people say before I defend their right to say it. Honestly, I viewed a lot of it as hillarious and was too busy laughing at what she was saying to read much in to the racist intent. Since I was laughing at her so hard, I guess I didn't really think about it in insulting or racist terms.
Although, I disagree with her crossing the line in posting this:

God yes, Projects are killing me.
I have to do a Strategic Marketing Project that involves the development of a marketing plan for an existing company, it's insane.
Not to mention my Managerial Accounting project. We have to do an extraordinarily thorough analysis of a publically traded company's balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows over the past 5 years.
Projects suck. I project way too much.
