Okay that one worked when I typed it into google I got this.
I don't see how it translates into the fake lesbian fad since the study predates the fad by a decade or more.
But it does argue that a teen who is gay is 2 to 3 times more likely to commit suicide as a teen that is straight, which is highly significant.
