There are some incredibly cheap mens clothes at
Mooncat Izumo which I blogged about recently. The style is mostly Japanese-influenced urban grungy punk. Upstairs there's a whole room of freebies and dollarbies, downstairs the "full priced" clothes are about L$25 for a full outfit.
