| If she used personal email outside the state to avoid the email being subpoenaed this it is sneaking and wrong.
That being said, hacking her email and posting images of her in box, the email address of her family, minor children, son in Iraq, husband and friends is a gross violation of privacy and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You can dislike someone and challenge them in a fair and legal manner. This was below the belt.
