Nora Skins had one but the store is now closed and gone. There are a few people offering the Eloh Eliot variations but they are very feminine and young-looking. Most of the rest is just awful.

My favourites of the free mens skins is "Cody", which is available (among other places) at Sarah Nerd's Freebie Paradise, and "Redford" which is available at GQ Start.
