When I objected, you said we'd just have to agree to disagree.
I said *I* was a hockey mom, and would go to the mat on it.
The reason: Motherhood is something women do. Taking care of children is something women do. Being a soccer mom is something women do.
Denigrating it is denigrating women. That is my point.
And, as a former soccer mom, I took great pride in that, and don't think it is a pejorative, or something to be ashamed of, or SOMETHING THAT MAKES ME STUPID.
