| I thought about it. But if I lived in the States I wouldn't vote for either in the end. It doesn't matter if I'd vote for Obama or McCain, both ways would feel like selling out my principles. I respect Obama for bringing change, though I disagree with his politics. I respect McCain for his military service, though I disagree with him being a lying sack of shit.
Other isn't really viable either - I don't know any third party candidates, except I've heard the Green one is a nutter, and I've heard Bob Barr mentioned a few times here - but the way I understand American politics he wouldn't stand a chance anyway.
So I probably wouldn't vote at all even if I were in the States.
I'm looking at Wikipedia's list of 3rd party candidates now, and we'll see if I find someone I like though.
