| How funny. An issue of US News & World Report about 3 weeks ago went to great lengths interviewing Pentagon officials (including the Joint Chiefs) on how bad an idea it was to attack Iran and how hard they've worked to convince Bush not to go there - we couldn't invade because it would take 4 years and a draft to get the people, we couldn't bomb because their nuke facilities are buried underground, and letting Israel bomb them would probably provoke retaliation somewhere else. Probably through the Iranian proxies like Hezbollah. An attack either way would close the Straits of Hormuz and oil prices would spike so much we'd look back to $4 gas as "the good old days".
Either that report was convincing disinformation, or Arutz Sheva is a radical alarmist publication.
