Coco, all your walls of text will not change that fact that merely bypassing the "copy" flag is not necessarily illegal.

And besides, I already know all that stuff, I'm actually very well versed in copyright law, contrary to your apparent belief

Also, merely uploading a public domain work doesn't take it out of the public domain, even if I put all the flags and DRM on it that I possibly can.
